$1500 Eva 2.0 Cellphone? LOLNO

What you see above is not shopped or manipulated in any way, this idiot (presumably a first time user judging by the zero-feedback rating) thought it would be a good idea to start an auction for an Eva fanbait item such as the Sharp SH-06A cellphone used in Evangelion 2.0 at US $1500, going as far as to claim that the phones were sold for up to $10,000 in Akihabara.

The phone is being sold new as-is without the proper tools for use in the US/UK such as the HyperSIM/INEX SIM card adapter in order to boot the phone and enable usage on non-DoCoMo networks, so that right there kills the utility for the intended customer.

I’d suggest waiting for a better deal, as people continually upgrade handsets in Japan and LE handsets regularly pop up on ebay.
