During Anime Expo, anime distributor Funimation has announced the release timframe for the long awaitedEvangelion 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone film, itself a part of the Rebuild of Evanglion film series.
The releases will consist of a limited theatrical run for select locations in the US and Canada first announced in June, a screening during Anime Expo today which will premiere the English-language version, and the DVD release of the revised Eva 1.01 version of the film released in Japan last year slated for later this Fall.
Following the release of Eva 1.01, Funimation will release the next revision of Eva 1.0 in Eva 1.11 which is the first version released on Blu-Ray and the second DVD release of the film next Spring, which mirrors the Japanese release pattern.
