I have an affinity for large-scale PVC figures, as they’re large enough to have even the smallest details stand out. Ikkitousen is another series I have an affinity for since the idea of a reinterpretation of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms using overdeveloped high school girls that beat the hell out of each other is enjoyable to me, despite the low quality of the narrative.
The latest figures for the Ikkitousen Xtreme Xecutor series are sure to make people take notice as fan favorites Kanu Unchou and Ryofu Housen are represented in amazingly sculpted figures, Kanu at 1/6 scale and Ryofu at 1/4.5 scale with the price tags to match. Both figures are available now from J-List for pre-order at $240 each, with Kanu set for release in late August and Ryofu set for release later this month.
