4KIDS 4 SALE!?

According to paidcontent, 4kids is reportedly putting itself up for sale and going through a selective bidding process as a result of declining revenues and the loss of a very lucrative deal with Fox.

The company went through a 15 percent staff reduction last year to cut costs with its stock price declining for the last year and a market cap of less than $25 million. Its revenues dropped to $10.5 million for Q109, compared to $15 million in Q108.

For its part, Al Kahn’s failing experiment to troll anime fans with crap dubs and crap scripts has not issued a comment, preferring to issue the standard “We don’t comment on rumors or speculation.”
