4Kids Finalizes CW4Kids Lineup

4Kids has finalized their programming lineup on the CW4Kids block which includes a mix of original programming and anime, with many vestiges of the former Fox lineup either moving to the new block or dropped altogether for the official debut on January 3rd, 2009.

7:00AM – Will & Dewit
7:30AM – The Spectacular Spiderman
8:00AM – Sonic X
8:30AM – GOGORIKI
9:00AM – Dinosaur King
9:30AM – TMNT: Back to the Sewer
10:00AM – Chaotic M’arrillian Invasion
10:30AM – Huntik
11:00AM – Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds
11:30AM – Kamen Rider, Dragon Knight

Sonic X is currently cycling through repeats as TMS has not committed to production of new episodes, while Kamen Rider Dragon Knight is intended to be a more faithful American production of the 2002-2003 Kamen Rider Ryuki series right down to the dubbing work.

The Kirby: Right Back at Ya! series is considered to be dropped pending a last-minute reschedule.

Dinosaur King will be placed in a key spot to emphasize its rising popularity due in part to the Nintendo DS game while the rest of the lineup will consist of 4Kids properties that feature merchandise tie-ins such as the Chaotic and Huntik TV shows with companion card games along with the venerable Yu-GiOh series with 5Ds.
