7 Eleven Selling Anime As Impulse Buy

While I was making my late night Slurpee/food run at 7 Eleven, I noticed an impulse placement with the above DVDs for $9.99. Apparently, select locations are testing anime sales to gauge demand for a dedicated section much in the same way Hollywood movies and games are treated by the company now that they want to expand into non convenience items.

Since the price is right I imagine it wouldn’t be too hard to move a few DVDs, but I wonder if boxsets would move at their standard pricing if the test proves successful.
