Following the release of Bamboo Blade last week on DVD, Funimation has posted the first season of the comedy on YouTube with English subtitles and the option to watch them dubbed in English.

Synopsis:

Tamaki’s lightning reflexes have caught the eye of starving Kendo instructor Toraji, a second-rate sensei whos an embarrassment to the sport. His only hope for redemption is to get Tamaki to sign-on as his star pupil. Once she feels like a part of the team, Tamaki will pick up her sword as Toraji turns his girls into a fearsome sisterhood of the bamboo blade!
