Manga Creator to Begin Using Micropayment System for Online Sales

Manga creator Satou Shuuhou will begin implementing a new micropayment system for online versions of his current work in Blackjack ni yoroshiku (“Say Hello to BlackJack”) after they’ve been serialized in Big Comic Spirits magazine as a way to supplement his income and simultaneously voice his displeasure at relying on publishers while trying to find a way to maintain the same level of consistency and publishing speed.

The specifics of the venture such as pricing per chapter and availability have not been confirmed, as the creator is operating under the asasumption that publishers will cease to ask for new serializations after he finishes his current series.
