New Interview With Kenji Kawai Online
GameSetWatch has a new with Sky Crawlers and Vampire Princess Miyu TV series composer Kenji Kawai.
The interview discusses his path to becoming a composer, his long-time collaboration with Mamoru Oshi and his work for videogames such as the PS3 game Folklore and the Patlabor video game series.
He also discusses his score work on Ghost in the Shell:Innocence and describes the creative process for the film’s score.
The composer’s most recent work is the score to the 2007 film Action Girls, which Ghost in the Shell: Innocence director Mamoru Oshii also directed.
