Publishers Weekly now features a series of general statements from former ADV sales/marketing director Chris Oarr regarding the state of the current anime DVD sales market as well as the impact of fansubs and the shift from DVD sales to online streaming in the marketplace.

The short interview is a part of larger article detailing the liquidation of ADV Films into the AEsir Media Group and related companies. Oarr goes on to state optimism about the success of new distributor Section23 Films as he now fulfills a similar role for the new distributor.
