As I confirmed earlier this month, Sony has officially announced the PS3 Slim during their Gamescom keynote. The Slim is 33% thinner and 36% lighter and is identical in functionality to current models.

The console will be released on the first week of September for $299 US 299 Euro and 29,990 yen.

    Coz of this console, I’m starting to be a fan of Sony. I guess it’s time to try another console aside from Xbox. I hope that I get to own one before Aion Online is released in N.America.
