Following up, Funimation is also offering the first episode of Afro Samurai for free viewing on the Playstation Network from today until the 21st through the network’s HOME Theater. The series is also available for purchase and rental on the Playstation Store with the compilation films also available.

7-Eleven is continuing their rotating offering of select Funimation features and series for $9.99 on DVD, which now include Origin: Spirits of the Past, Blue Gender: The Warrior, Dragon Ball Z: World’s Strongest, both Afro Samurai/Resurrection and Fullmetal Alchemist: The Conqueror of Shambala.
