Yen Press Publishing Daniel X Manga Adaptation
Yen Press has announced that it will be publishing the manga adaptation of James Patterson’s Daniel X series of science fiction novels originally written for his son in order to encourage him to read.
The adaptation will be illustrated by Korean artist Seung-Hui Kye and will be first published in the Yen+ monthly anthology magazine before being published in the summer of 2010 as a standalone trade paperback release.
The story definitely lends itself to the medium and would be a good introduction to Patterson’s science fiction work for younger readers.
